BEHIND THE STORY OF WORLD LAUGHTER DAY? -Find Your Advocate
Why every year World Laughter Day is Celebrate?
A laugh acts like an ointment on all your problems.
There was a special purpose behind celebrating World Laughter Day. The entire credit for starting this day goes to Dr Madan Kataria, the pioneer or founder of the Laughter Yoga movement. It was he who celebrated World Laughter Day for the first time in Mumbai on 11 January 1998. The biggest motive behind celebrating this was how to reduce the growing tension in society? So that people can live happily in their families with the people around them. So it was thought that why not do something that people talk to each other on the pretext and laugh. Because laughter has special importance in our life. Since then, every year, the first Sunday of May is celebrated as World Laughter Day.
Why is laughter important in people's lives? It is believed that no matter how big a problem you are in, but if there is laughter on your face, then you can hardly lose any bet in life. Keeping in mind the World Laughter Day, Laughter Clubs, Laughter Parks have been built at various places so that stress can be relieved in the runaway life.
